Roof and Gable Fabrics
Made from PVC coated polyester fabric, the roof and gable fabrics come in white translucent, white non-translucent, or colour. The UV-stabilised and weather-resistant roof and gable fabrics are flame retardant according to the French standard M2, German standard DIN 4102 B1, and British Standard BS 5438. Installation is done by sliding the fabrics into Keder tracks on the roof beams and stretching them with tension tubes and ratchets or fabric tensioners.
The PVC coated polyester sidewall fabrics are flame retardant according to the French standard M2, German standard DIN 4102 B1, and British Standard BS 5438. Available in white translucent, white non-translucent, or colour, the fabrics are UV-stabilised and treated against deterioration due to rot and mildew. Two 2.5 metres sections of sidewalls are connected with a zip to make up one sidewall of 5 metres, which is then slid into the leg with a Keder into its tracks. To prevent the fabrics from flapping in strong winds, they are attached to the connection bar or ground beam at the bottom with straps. The sidewalls are then slid into the side purlin with Keder sections at the top.
Anchored with stakes, the lower storey(s) are built from a steel construction on base plates while the top storey is constructed from a self-supporting anodised aluminium structure supported on steel galvanised base plates. Wind bracing ensures the structure’s stability while pin connected parts ensure fuss free installation. The structure is also subjected to the most stringent international building standards.
